I was supposet to move to the orphange a few days ago, but I have wanted to stay in Quito to be close to the hospital to visit my friend. I have been visiting her every day in the psych ward. This has honestly been the most difficult experience of my life. They have her arms and legs strapped to a bed in some empty white room. She hasa the most empty look in her eyes and she talks about crazy things. Thankfully she remembered who I was. She is on a ton of medication and is very loopy. We are hoping that she will be able to go back to the US today or tomorrow. She will be escorted on a plane by a professional.
i just keep telling myself that she will eventually be ok and that this too shal pass. I just love her so much and want her to be herself again.
